What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is one carton per size and color. For OEM-branded packaging, MOQ starts from 50,000 pieces per SKU. Contact us for mixed-container options.
Do you provide samples before ordering?
Yes — we send free samples of any size and color; you only cover the courier cost. Samples usually ship within 48 hours.
Which materials do you use?
All ties are molded from virgin Nylon PA66. UV-resistant ties use carbon-black stabilized PA66, and heat-resistant grades use heat-stabilized PA66 rated for 105 °C continuous service.
Can you manufacture under our brand (OEM)?
Absolutely. We print your brand on bags, header cards and cartons, and can match your existing packaging artwork. OEM is one of our core services.
Which countries do you export to?
We currently export to 30+ countries across the Middle East, Africa and Europe. We handle documentation, customs paperwork and freight booking end-to-end.
What are your payment and delivery terms?
We work with T/T and L/C, on FOB, CIF or EXW terms. Stock items ship within days; produced-to-order containers typically ship within 2–4 weeks.
